This package is for couples who have already planned their day themselves but want to sit back and enjoy it. We will meet with you and make sure everything runs smoothly so you can experience the amazing day you’ve planned for yourselves

• Meet with you to gather all wedding-related information 4 weeks prior to wedding

• Assist in creating your wedding day schedule

• Review Order of Ceremony and bridal party's roles(s)

• Correspond with vendors on the wedding day schedule

• Be present on wedding day to orchestrate the event and troubleshoot when needed

• 1-2 person team managing and coordinating entire ceremony and reception

• Creation and execution of wedding day timeline

• Supervision of service providers load-ins, setups, and load-outs

• Managing the day's events and coordinating the vendors.

• Tackle any last minute changes (i.e. cancellations, no-show’s)

• Total 8 hours of consultation prior to event
